Holiday/Christmas Party

Tuesday, December 9, 2025. 6:00 pm: Hors D’oeuvres, 7:00 pm: Dinner, 8:00 pm short meeting 

Please contact Judy Caviness (emailed) to make sure that she knows you will be there (if you leave a message, please don’t forget to leave your name, and that you will be attending) no later than Monday, December 8, 2025, to make sure you have a Holiday dinner. There is NO Cost for the Holiday dinner. If you wish, please bring an appetizer or a dessert to the Holiday meal.

A note from the Post Commander: We would like to take time to celebrate the good: the friendships we’ve built, the work we’ve accomplished, and the community that continues to lift each other up.

With that in mind, we invite you to join us for our Holiday Party on December 9, 2025, where we can relax, laugh, and enjoy each other’s company. We’ll also be hosting a White Elephant Gift Exchange, so bring a wrapped gift and your best sense of humor! Don’t forget to bring a toy for the Toys for Tots campaign and some canned goods or non-perishable items to donate to our veterans in Montgomery County!

Let this season be a reminder that even in the face of difficulty, we choose joy. We choose unity. And most importantly, we choose each other. Thank you for being the heart of this organization. We look forward to celebrating with you.

Auxiliary News

A very special thank you to our Auxiliary members, Maureen Righter, Evelyn Bruce, Judy Caviness, and Merri Carre. The auxiliary members do an amazing job of preparing and “making up” new dinner ideas every month. I would also like to let everyone know that the auxiliary will now be taking care of sending out get well, birthday greetings, and sympathy cards to members. We are truly grateful for all their hard work. Thank you Auxiliary!!
